I made this as part of a project to make a miniature model of this chest. I took exact measurements of all parts of the chest. I then calculated what those measurement would be for the model. I carefully measured out each piece of the chest onto white card. Using a scalpel I cut out each piece, labelling them on the inside so I knew where each piece went. After that I carefully constructed the chest using super glue to stick the pieces together. Finally I drew on the fine detail.
